Condition
1.A Brand-new, unused, unopened and undamaged item in original retail packaging (where packaging is applicable). If the item comes direct from a manufacturer, it may be delivered in non-retail packaging, such as a plain or unprinted box.
2.Open-Box New GRADE A
Items marked as Grade A: The best quality of device. Near-mint condition, excellent cosmetic level, and little to no signs of previous use, or the original packaging has been opened or is no longer sealed. The item is a new and unused, and we never send anything out that is not quality checked. Every {Products} is checked and tested before sending for quality purposes. All components are checked before packaging. All ITEMS and components are security marked. All { Products } come with a full warranty!
Also on occasion the box may not be in the best condition, or we may swap the box for our own to ensure a safe delivery.
3. Grade B refurbished 'very good' condition. The device will have some signs of use, such as hairline scratches to the casing, and very light scratches on the screen that are invisible when turned on.
Shipping & Return
Shipping and Returns:
Shipping to UK Mainland only.
We aim to deliver our products in the fastest/safest way possible. Delivery time depends on the customer’s location and the size of the product that they have purchased. However, please expect your product to be delivered within 5 to 7 working days, unless other arrangements are made.
For Local orders, our delivery drivers will deliver your product using our own delivery services. For nationwide orders, we may use a courier delivery service. Delivery rates vary depending on weight, size, and number of packages as well as the invoice value for customs purposes.
Currently we offer delivery across UK Mainland at a fixed rate of £20.00 within a 100 Mile distance of our showroom, if your address is situated outside of the 100 mile radius you may be charged an additional delivery surcharge. Please email us for all other international deliveries. Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.
Returns:
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. This Excludes Sale Items
To start a return, you can contact us via Return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return question It is the buyers responsibility to pay for return postage.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately via support@primetechnologyltd.co.uk if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
