Delivery Details

Delivery processing time:

All orders are processed within 2 working days.  Deliveries do not occur on weekend days or bank holidays.  If we are experiencing a high volume of orders we will communicate any delays with you directly using the email address you provided.

Delivery Charges:

Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery method:

Estimated delivery time – Standard DPD – 3-5 business days – £4.99

If we have delivery location limitations or problems we will communicate with you directly using the contact details given.

Delivery to standard UK postal addresses only not P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking:

You will receive confirmation and intended delivery timeframes once we have processed your order, via email using the contact details you provided when placing your order.

Customs, duties, and taxes:

Prime Technology Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after delivery are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:
